(“Fortune”), and Sandra Valentine (“Valentine”) (collectively, “Defendants”) asserting causes of action for (1) Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) (Lab. Code §§ 2698, et seq.); (2) failure to pay wages; (3) failure to produce payroll and personnel files; and (4) violation of the Unfair Competition Law.
Defendant SLV was dismissed from this action.
