In paragraph 17 total hours of 25.5 are stated. Thereafter in paragraphs 19 and 22, Mr. Gomez says he had already incurred 30.0 hours on the file and that he would spend an additional 5.5. hours preparing this Default Judgment submission. That totals 35.5 hours for $19,525.00 @ $550/hour. Is the reference in paragraph 17 to the lesser amount of 25.5 hours a typographical error? If so, please prepare, serve and file an Errata re same so I can enter the Default Judgment for the full amount sought. If there is some other clarification, please share it with the Court on Aug. 27, 2019 when the OSC is called at 10 a.m.
