Plaintiff, Jamie Linares filed this action against Defendants, Nancy Morales and Jose Gonzalez for damages arising out of an automobile v. horse accident. Plaintiff filed the complaint on 3/13/18. Plaintiff has not, to date, filed proof of service of the summons and complaint on Defendants. Plaintiff failed to appear at the 8/27/19 FSC or the 9/13/19 trial. On 9/13/19, the Court dismissed the case.
On 11/06/19, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to vacate the dismissal. The Court set the matter for an OSC re: dismissal due to failure to prosecute for 3/16/20. Plaintiff failed to appear on 3/16/20, and the Court again dismissed the case.
