BACKGROUND
On February 1, 2018, Plaintiffs Odilia Mateo and Natalie Mateo filed a complaint against Defendant Miguel Gonzalez Resendiz. The plaintiffs allege motor vehicle negligence, negligence perse, and negligent entrustment, hiring, undertaking, retention, supervision, and training arising from a pedestrian-automobile collision that occurred on February 9, 2016.
On October 7, 2020 and October 22, 2020, Petitioner Odilia Mateo filed petitioning papers to approve a compromise of pending action on behalf of Claimant Nathaly Mateo.
