Motion for Order to Submit Tardy Expert Witness Information

Having considered the moving and opposition papers, the Court rules as follows. No reply was filed.

BACKGROUND

On February 21, 2018, Plaintiff Maria Olga Torrejon (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendant David Oganesyan (“Defendant”) for motor vehicle negligence for a motor vehicle collision that occurred on December 10, 2016.

On July 22, 2019, pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the trial was continued from August 21, 2019 to January 21, 2020.

On August 13, 2019, Plaintiff filed the instant motion for order to submit tardy expert witness information. Defendant filed opposition papers on August 23, 2019.

PARTY’S REQUESTS

Plaintiff seeks a court order allowing Plaintiff to submit tardy expert witness information based on the January 21, 2020 trial date.
