Plaintiff Candice Orejel (“Orejel”) sues her former employer Defendant Early Strides Child Development Center, LLC (“Early Strides”) because Early Strides allegedly terminated her after she raised questions about Early Strides’ billing and time-keeping practices. The behavior of Orejel’s supervisors was allegedly such that she developed an anxiety disorder, requiring leave, and was thereafter unlawfully terminated.
On 1/26/18 Orejel filed a complaint against Early Strides alleging eight causes of action:
