OPPOSITION: Plaintiff Andrea Galante

Plaintiff Andrea Galante filed a complaint against Defendant Jason Weiss alleging that Weiss failed to sell him a property in which Galante had a purchase option. On July 16, 2020, the Court granted Weiss’ Motion for Summary Judgment. On August 3, 2020, the Court issued a Judgment, based on Weiss’ proposed judgment. On October 6, 2020, the Court issued an Amended Judgment.

Presently, Weiss requests that the Court issue a writ of possession for the subject property, located at 2014 N. Sycamore Avenue, upper unit, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

Standard: Upon the filing of the complaint or at any time thereafter, the plaintiff may apply for a writ of possession. (CCP § 512.010(a).) The application shall include all of the following, which may be established by affidavit:
