Defendant Inter-Con Security System, Inc.’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Case is CONTINUED to November 13, 2018, 8:30 a.m.. The parties are ordered to provide the Court with supplemental briefing regarding whether, and to what extent, Plaintiff is estopped under the doctrine of issue preclusion with respect to the previous wage and hour action against Defendant, Stella Ramirez v.
