[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE
On January 16, 2018, Plaintiff Paula Zoss (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant Oh La La Nail & Beauty Lounge (“Defendant”), Raafat Iskander, and Koharik Iskander for general negligence and premises liability relating to a January 22, 2017 trip and fall incident. On March 6, 2018, default was entered against Defendant. United States Liability Insurance Company (“USLI”) is Defendant’s insurance carrier and seeks leave to intervene to defend this action.
A nonparty shall petition the court for leave to intervene by noticed motion or by ex parte application.
