Defendant City of Los Angeles demurs to the 3AC and moves to strike portions of the 3AC as untimely or conclusory.
TENTATIVE RULING:
Defendant City of Los Angeles’s demurrer to the third amended complaint is OVERRULED as to the first, second, and third causes of action.
