Obregon-Pulido, Jhonny Cruz, Christopher Cruz and Byron Cruz (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) but was named as a Defendant in the consolidated action filed by Defendant Michael Joseph Bongiorno (“Bongiorno”) (Case No. 19STCV04566). Castillo was never served by Bongiorno in that case.
