#83 – Immigrant Rights Defense Council LLC v. Cristina Salazar (BC680660)

In minute orders dated between January 17, 2018 and January 23, 2018 in each of the cases, this court set this Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) re: Why the 90 cases listed in Exhibit “A” attached herein should not be related and transferred to a single judge in the Central Civil West complex litigation courthouse in the Central District of Los Angeles Superior Court. The court ordered that any response to the OSC be filed and served in Department 1 no later than five court days before the hearing.
