Defendants’ motion for Terminating Sanctions

Defendants Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland and QBE Insurance Corporation (“Defendants”) have filed a motion for terminating sanctions against Plaintiff Jeffrey Jacquet (“Plaintiff”) for Plaintiff’s failure to obey Court orders compelling responses to written discovery. Defendants also request sanctions in the amount of $950.00. Plaintiff has not filed any opposition.

Legal Standard
