BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Donna Smtih (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant SF Markets, LLC (“Defendant”), alleging that she slipped and fell at a stored owned and operated by Defendant. Defendant now moves for summary judgment on Plaintiff’s complaint, or, in the alternative, for summary adjudication of Plaintiff’s causes of action for negligence and premises liability. The motion is granted.
