Background
Plaintiff Danah Merrick filed the instant suit on August 30, 2017, asserting a single cause of action against her employer, Defendant County of Los Angeles, for sexual harassment. Plaintiff alleges she is a sheriff’s deputy assigned to work with Sergeant Michael Spina from approximately October 2015 to July 2016, during which time he repeatedly subjected Plaintiff to unwanted sexual advances, offensive touching, sexually graphic comments, and other harassment.
On August 01, 2018, Plaintiff filed the instant Pitchess motion to obtain an order allowing discovery into Spina’s personnel file.
Untimely Opposition
On August 10, 2018, Defendant (represented by Lawrence Beach Allen & Choi, PC), filed a timely opposition
