STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS
Plaintiffs allege that they each lived at apartment units owned by Defendant, and they also worked for Defendant, who sexually harassed and assaulted Plaintiff Paaren. When Plaintiff Jason refused to obey Defendant’s instructions to fire and remove Plaintiff Paaren for refusing Defendant’s advances, Defendant evicted both Plaintiffs from the premises.
