SUMMARY OF FACTS:

This action is brought by plaintiffs Ellis Choi and Gee Sun Chun, who are married, and their two minor children, Carter Choi, 2 years old, and Clayton Choi, 7 months old, against their residential landlords, defendants Bhajneet Singh Malik, Natasha Kaur and Natasha Kaur Malik, alleging that due to the negligence of defendants, the home plaintiffs leased suffered water leaks, was discovered to be infested with mold, and also was infested with rodents and fleas and ticks, causing plaintiffs health problems.
