The court has no record of a substitution of attorney form filed on behalf of the attorney who filed documents on Plaintiff's behalf. A substitution of attorney form is required by California state law. (Code of Civil Procedure sections 284-285; see McMillan v. Shadow Ridge at Oak Park Homeowner’s Assoc. (2008) 165 Cal.App.4th 960, 966.)

If one has already been filed, counsel is to bring a conformed copy to court at the time of the hearing. If none has been filed yet, counsel is to file one prior to the hearing (and provide the court with a copy thereof).
