The Court has reviewed the petition by Petitioner Alesia Dalton (“Petitioner”) on behalf of Claimant Javone Brown (“Claimant”) and continues the petition. Petitioner indicates in Section 4 of the petition that Claimant’s claim is not the subject of a court proceeding, which is incorrect. Additionally, Petitioner has not completed Sections 9, or 12 of the petition. Further, Petitioner has not submitted the attorney fee agreement that governs Claimant’s case, as required. (Cal. Rules of Court, 7.955, subd. (a)(2).) Therefore, the Court continues this hearing to June 13, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. Petitioner shall give notice and file proof of such with the Court.
