Hart Defendants’ demurrer to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint is SUSTAINED WITH 10 DAYS LEAVE all causes of action against Charles B. Hart and SUSTAINED WITHOUT LEAVE as to Charles B. Hart, DDS, Inc. based on judicially noticed document showing that the corporation was dissolved prior to the date Plaintiff began treatment with Dr. Stan. Hart Defendants’ RJN is granted in part and denied in part.
