Plaintiff Agnes Millan filed the instant suit on February 16, 2017, against various doctors and medical facilities, including moving Defendant Shyam Dahiya, alleging medical malpractice and negligence.

Defendant believes at least some of Plaintiff’s injuries pre-exist the medical treatment at issue in this suit. To investigate this issue, Defendant sought discovery of various employment records and disability claims made by Plaintiff from her employer, the U.S. Post Office, as well as from the U.S. Department of Labor and Social Security Administration, which handled the claims in question.
