Background

This action arose from Plaintiff Amanda Vasquez’s purchase of a 2015 Nissan Sentra SR CVT, VIN 3N1AB7AP9FY359058 (the “Subject Vehicle”) from Defendants Nissan North America, Nissan of Mission Hills, Inc. (“NMH”), its employees, Julio Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”) and Hector Hernandez (“Hernandez”), and the lender, Westlake Services, LLC dba Westlake Financial Services (“WFS”). The purchase was completed through a Retail Installment Sale Contract (the “Sale Contract”). Plaintiff filed this action against Defendants on December 27, 2016, asserting twelve causes of action.

On March 6, 2017, NMH filed a Motion to Compel Binding Arbitration (the “Motion”) pursuant to the Sale Contract. Rodriguez and WFS filed separate joinders to the Motion. As of January 5, 2018, no opposit
