Plaintiffs Celena King and Brittany Gonzalez sue their former employer Great American Chicken Corporation, Inc. (GACC) and their former supervisor Christopher Fonseca for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation for opposing sexual harassment, and related claims. On December 27, 2016, plaintiffs filed a complaint asserting 12 causes of action.

On July 6, 2018, GACC (hereinafter defendant) filed this opposed motion to compel plaintiff’s medical examination. GACC seeks sanctions. The Court considered the moving, opposition, and reply papers and rules as follows.
