FACTUAL BACKGROUND
This is a Lemon Law case. Plaintiff Narciso Vargas (“Vargas”), a resident of Mono County, purchased a new 2013 Ford Fiesta (the “Fiesta”) on May 22, 2013, from defendant Eastern Sierra Motors, Inc.
