On September 28, 2016, plaintiffs Mashallah Akhamzadeh (“Mr. Akhamzadeh”) and Ehteram Akhamzadeh (“Ms. Akhamzadeh”) filed a complaint against defendants Beverly Hills Cab Co. Inc. and Does 1-50 for (1) negligence, (2) failure to render aid, (3) negligent infliction of emotional distress, and (4) loss of consortium. Plaintiffs allege that, on July 26, 2016, a cab was ordered for plaintiffs from Beverly Hills Cab Co. to pick them up from 8536 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.
