The Court continued the motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement to permit further briefing on a few remaining issues of concern as outlined in the Court’s April 7, 2017 minute order. Supplemental briefing was to be filed by 05/09/17; however, court records do not show any supplemental briefing has been filed. Accordingly, the motion for preliminary approval is DENIED without prejudice to Plaintiff bringing a renewed motion. A status conference will be held on June 13, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. The parties shall file a joint status conference statement on or before June 6, 2017.
