Background

On April 22, 2019, the Court granted Cross-Defendant Ceon Rayneil Gordon (“Gordon”)’s motion to compel Plaintiff Calean Lopez Augustus (“Augustus”)’s responses to interrogatories, special interrogatories, and request for production. Also, the Court granted Gordon’s request for monetary sanctions of $620 against Augustus.

On May 1, 2019, Gordon filed this unopposed motion to dismiss Augustus’s Complaint against Gordon for failure to abide by the Court’s April 22, 2019 Order.
