Plaintiff Kaushaal Laxmee’s Motion to Compel Compliance with the Court’s Discovery Order by Defendants Prime Time Shuttle, Inc., Red Vans Mg’mt Services, and Rattan Joea is GRANTED. The above Defendants must serve further discovery responses as ordered by this court on October 23, 2017, within 10 days of this order. Laxmee is awarded monetary sanctions in the amount of $1,000.
