STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS:

Plaintiff alleges that Defendants committed legal malpractice by causing an order for evidentiary sanctions to be entered against Plaintiff in the underlying case. Defendant Sugars also unduly influenced Plaintiff into accepted a low settlement. Defendants also kept money belonging to Plaintiff, made unauthorized charges to her credit card, and failed to provide Plaintiff with billing statements as requested.
