On June 24, 2016, Plaintiff Richard Weisberger (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant Starbucks Corporation (erroneously sued as Starbuck Coffee Company) (“Defendant”) for alleged damages arising out of a June 24, 2014 trip and fall.
