Plaintiff has brought a motion seeking an order compelling the San Diego County Sheriff's Department ("Sheriff") to serve the Defendant with summons and complaint in this case. Pursuant to the Court's order of September 1, 2015, granting Plaintiff a fee waiver, including fees for "Sheriff's fee to give notice," the Court does not believe an order necessary. Nevertheless, the Court will issue an order directing the Sheriff to, if able, effectuate service on the Defendant. Plaintiff has identified the Defendant's residential address as 3644 T Street, San Diego, CA 92113 (619-459-7975) and her employer as Telecare with an address of 1675 Morena Blvd., San Diego, CA 92110 (619-275-8000).
