BACKGROUND
On May 6, 2016, plaintiffs Adelina Delgado and Xzander Alain Barboza, by and through her guardian ad litem Adelina Delgado, filed a complaint against defendants City of Pico Rivera, La Noria Entertainment, Inc., and Leba, Inc. The complaint alleged negligence, dangerous condition of public property, and negligent infliction of emotional distress arising from plaintiff Xzander Alain Barboza falling off of bleachers on April 19, 2015.
On February 20, 2019, the court continued the hearing on petitioner Adelina Delgado’s Petition to Confirm Minor’s Compromise due to: (1) the declaration from counsel failing justifying 33% in attorney’s fees and (2) the failure to correctly fill out paragraph 11 of the petition.
Trial is not set in this matter.
