Deny motion for allocation, without prejudice to non-party Sophia Valentim either intervening in the case or by filing a separate action against Ramon and/or Irma Valentim to recover damages for the omission; alternatively, defer ruling to allow Sophia Valentim to meet and confer with Plaintiffs Ramon and Irma Valentim in an effort to resolve the issue amicably

I. Background

This wrongful death case was part of the Actos litigation. Afonso Valentim died on August 29, 2015 from bladder cancer, allegedly after having been prescribed and ingesting Actos. Some of the Plaintiffs are the successors-in-interest to the Estate of Afonso Valentim, while other Plaintiffs were additional persons who were prescribed Actos and ........
