The court finds that Plaintiffs’ claims are barred under the one-year statute of limitations of Code of Civil Procedure, section 340.6. This is an action for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty. As set forth in the Amended Second Amended Complaint (“ASAC”) and preceding complaints,[1] the facts of the case are as follows. Plaintiff Marisa Nelson (“Nelson”) alleges that from 2004 to 2010 she worked for various companies in the medical field, all of whic
