Plaintiff Beverly Peluso (“Plaintiff”) seeks to enforce a settlement agreement that resulted from a March 13, 2017 settlement conference before the Honorable A. Rafaeal Ongkeko. According to Plaintiff, the terms of the settlement agreement are as follows: (1) Defendant would pay Plaintiff $10,000 within 20 days; (2) Plaintiff would then dismiss Defendants with prejudice; and (3) the Court would retain jurisdiction to hear any issues related to this matter.
