Motion is granted as to Residents Nos. 1, 2, 3, 7 and 9, as plaintiff in opposition has indicated he is withdrawing any request for the information regarding those residents. The information concerning those residents should accordingly remain redacted from the document production and maintained in confidence throughout this litigation.
