On August 4, 2017, Plaintiff Seidi Pakzad (“Plaintiff”) filed this Motion to Compel Defendant Deposition. On August 10, 2017, the Court issued an order stating the Motion set for August 30, 2017 would remain on calendar, but if Plaintiff did not file notice that the motion was to remain on calendar, the motion would be placed off calendar. To date, the Court has not received the notice from Plaintiff. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s Motion is taken off-calendar.
