On December 11, 2015, plaintiffs Francisco Lopez Garcia and Misael Lopez-Garcia filed a complaint against defendants Gevork Boulatian and Misak Boulatian for motor vehicle negligence based on an incident that occurred on January 18, 2014.
On November 30, 2016, the court granted defendants’ motion to deem admitted the matters in defendants’ Request for Admission, Set One. The court ordered plaintiff Francisco Lopez-Garcia to pay sanctions in the amount of $400 within 60 days.
