Defendant, Ashanti Church’s attorney of record, Rabeh Doofi/Axis Legal Counsel seeks to be relieved as counsel, contending the Church is not paying fees and there has been an irretrievable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship. Counsel declares he served the moving papers on the Church via personal service. Counsel has filed proof of service of the moving papers on the Church and on Plaintiff.
