On July 21, 2015, Plaintiff Khalil Munir Marji (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendants Omar Guerrero Lopez (“Lopez”); Maria Carbajal De Losa (“De Losa”); and Access General Insurance (sued as Access General Insurance Company aka Access Insurance Company) (“Access”) for alleged damages arising out of a December 24, 2014 vehicle collision. Access now demurs to Plaintiff’s Complaint on the ground that it fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
