BACKGROUND
This is a dog bite case. On April 23, 2016, Trinidad Gomes filed a complaint against Ambrogio Rettura and Francine Rettura for negligence, premises liability, and strict liability.
On July 22, the court granted defendant’s motion to compel written discovery.
On September 19, the court denied without prejudice defendants’ motion for an order compelling plaintiff’s attendance at deposition. The parties and counsel were strongly encouraged to agree on a specific date for deposition in the near future.
