TENTATIVE RULING:
Petitioner Randy Wood, as Guardian ad Litem, for plaintiff Alexander Wood seeks an Order approving Compromise of Pending Action and, in connection therewith, an Order Authorizing Establishment of a Pooled Special Needs Trust.
The Court notes that, although the Petitions were served on defendants and the required agencies under Probate Code §3602(f), no proof of service of the notice of continuance of the hearing from May 8, 2020 to June 26, 2020 was filed with the Court. (See 4/7/20 Minute Order [“Clerk shall give notice to counsel for plaintiff who shall give notice to all other parties”].)
