Plaintiff Noarus Properties Inc.’s motion for new trial is DENIED.

This case arises from two related actions: Noarus Properties Inc. v. Crimson California Pipeline LP et al. (BC562244) (the “Trespass Action”) and Crimson California Pipeline LP et al. v. Noarus Properties Inc. (BC598951) (the “Condemnation Action”). This dispute involves the rights and obligations of the parties as they relate to pipelines intersecting the subject property, as well as a “vault” constructed at an intersection in 2012.

Noarus Properties Inc. (“Noarus”) is the owner of real property near the intersection of Centinela Avenue and Green Valley Circle in the City of Los Angeles.
