SUMMARY

Plaintiff Rafael Mendive’s complaint concerns personal injuries suffered by him in connection with his patronage of a McDonald’s located at 8840 Painter Avenue in Whittier, California in October 10, 2011. The restaurant was operated by Defendant NLC Enterprise, Inc. The complaint alleges that Defendant NLC’s restaurant location had installed a lamp at a dangerous level and location above a table.
