On June 6, 2013, Plaintiff Beyong Jin Yu (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants Reliable Building Maintenance, Inc., Mutual Building Maintenance, Inc., and Nam Cho for unpaid overtime wages. After a one-day trial held on Aug. 13, 2014,[1] on September 26, 2014, the court entered judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Reliable Building Maintenance, Inc.
