This is an action in which Plaintiff seeks to collect on a promissory note issued to the Defendant. On December 14, 2011, Plaintiff filed the operative First Amended Complaint alleging causes of action for (1) breach of contract, (2) book account, and (3) money lent.
After the Court of Appeal issued remittitur on February 15, 2017, the parties stipulated to a discovery cut-off date of March 2, 2018. On January 31, 2018, Defendant served a supplemental request for production of documents, requesting that Plaintiff review Defendant’s prior requests for production and provide any supplemental documents.
