1. On 7/07/20 the Court recommended an Amended First Account and Report be filed in order to correct the deficiencies. Instead, on 8/27/20 a Further Supplement to the First Account was filed. In addition, a Second and Final account was filed for the same hearing date of 10/06/20. This was not calendared as a new Petition and no filing fee was collected.
2. The I&A filed on 8/20/20 cannot be a negative number. Conservator is ordered to file a "SECOND CORRECTED I&A" simply listing the two Rabobank accounts #9906 and #7348 and their respective balances totaling $8,491.77 before the hearing.
Despite the deficiencies, the Court intends to approve the First Account for the period of 6/15/18-6/15/19. The Court intends to approve the Attorney fees in the amount of $10,392.00. Proposed Order to be lodged prior to hearing per Local Rule 10.00.D.1. Make sure the Order reflects the Court's ruling and does not include additional information.
