Notice still has not been given to Michael D. Kwasigroch, the prior attorney for the administrator. Prob. Code § 10814 has not been complied with. Petitioner is directed to give statutory notice to Mr. Kwasigroch and serve him with a copy of the amended petition, or file a written waiver by him.
Petitioner says that the delay in filing the inventory and appraisal was due to failures by Mr. Kwasigroch. The Court notes that letters of general administration did not issue until 7/13/18, well after Counsel Drake substituted into this case on 3/19/18. Thus, the failures appear to have been on the part of Counsel Drake.
