Petitioner to provide copies of deeds as to the real property assets subject to this petition. If the deeds are held in the decedent/settlor's individual and/or business name, the Court intends to grant the petition to confirm those real property assets to the trust as the trust's Schedule A specifically lists "all real property" owned by decedent/settlor as trust assets, and pursuant to Ukkestad v. RBS Asset Finance, Inc. (2015) 235 Cal.App.4th 156.
