On February 2, 2017, this court issued the following notes:
"Decedent died on August 7, 2010. The undersigned ordered this probate opened on July 5, 2012, on $250,000 bond. The administrator with will annexed's inventory/appraisal, due on or before November 5, 2012, was not filed until July 8, 2014. The estate consisted of cash, and tangible personal property. No creditor's claims were filed. The mandatory §12200 one-year status report, which would have permitted this court to shepherd this estate to timely closing, was not filed by the administrator with will annexed in July 2013, July 2014, July 2015 or July 2016. It was never filed. As this estate remained open, the bond premium of $1060 per year continued to be charged and paid. The petition for final distribution, filed November 9, 2016, contains a disbursement schedule with years of monthly phone charges. Presumably, decedent did not need his phone after August 7, 2010.
